Dissolved Oxygen Control Box
Hr Blowers Can offer Dissolved oxygen control box, this control box will regulate the blower and adjust its set point to reach a constant setpoint for dissolved oxygen in the water.
This box can be configured in multiple with multiple blowers or multiple probes connected. Averages and mapping of the oxygen levels can be placed on a HMI Screen for easy visual mapping of the oxygen levels.
Setup and Arrangement’s

Load balancing – Multiple blowers can be used in parallel this allows the setpoint to be shared between them. this in turn reduces the loading of all the blowers this increases the life span of the blowers as they are not having to work as hard all the time.
Standby- A standby setup will keep one blower in the system offline. should there be a problem with one of the machines. the standby can be swapped with the problematic unit and this will follow on from where the problem left off. a software based standby can also be used so there is no swapping requirement. the flick of a switch can set the problematic unit to standby and activating one of the other units in the line
